Bringing AI solutions to life.

I saw so many typos in a creator's post recently. It went viral—millions of views. Typos everywhere. I let out a sigh of relief. I knew he didn’t use ChatGPT. Or did he? It got me thinking... If people think your content, copy, or designs were made by AI, you've already lost. Humans crave the human touch, authenticity, and the real deal. It's human nature. I'm starting to see brands use AI in a pretty tasteless way. The CMO thinks no-one can tell that those images were created by DALL-E or Midjourney. People can tell. AI is powerful. It can create, predict, and optimize. But it lacks soul. When your audience sniffs out AI, trust plummets. And that's pretty hard to regain. In the future, the best brands/creators will be those who master AI, not just use it. They'll blend tech and humanity so seamlessly that you can't tell where one ends and the other begins. But let's not forget, human creators can hit crazy scale without AI. I think of Moots, a high-end bicycle builder that handcrafts titanium bikes tailored to each rider's specs. They are the anti-mainstream bike and do $5M+ revenue per year. Very bespoke, made-in-the-USA bikes. My point is being human-made, not mainstream, is also an opportunity to create profitable businesses. When everyone is zigging, zagging is an equally good strategy. Prediction: we'll see an influx of "human made" products, content etc. And they might end up being even more profitable than the AI-first ones. Moots carved out a niche by being authentic and personal in a world of mass production. So here's my current thinking on this whole topic: Imagine a world where AI does the heavy lifting, freeing you to add the magic. That’s the sweet spot. But it's a fine line. Lean too hard on AI, and you risk becoming a faceless algorithm. Someone will respond to this and say: "well, AI is going to get so good no one will notice". I'm a/cc as the next Twitter person. But I believe humans will always play a huge role in the equation. Because ultimately we're selling to other humans. The winners of this era.... They'll be the storytellers who use AI as a tool, not a crutch. They'll deliver human experiences enhanced by technology. Nail that blend, and you're unstoppable.
