@HER3TlC I would assume that Sonya really IS the female face of MK seeing as she's featured on many game covers and it's very clear both Nrs and Midway loved the fuck out of her. Also literally the whole point of Mk was Earthrealm heroes overcoming odds that seemed impossible.

sorry but her being the “first lady” should not grant her plot armor. she’s not the female face, and she should not be consistently winning fights against characters that are taking on gods with a blaster and some grenades and no power up. it’s whack as fuck

@CodeRex2067 The worst part is that they can't make either of them stand out. They had to completely strip Kitana of her spotlight so that Mileena could have a chance to do something after 33 years of being useless. Instead of Tanya helping Mileena, they could have put Kitana in.

It's very clear NRS refuses to care or take her character seriously even now it's the bare minimum. It's so annoying seeing the character that was created to be the "better Kitana." Nearly fail to win any fights whether in mid way games, comics, or Nrs storymodes pre MK1.
