but i know that he’s free from his suffering and had a comfortable loving 2 months battling his condition. he fought as hard as he could until he couldn’t. there is a yasha-shaped hole in my heart, i miss him so much. hypertrophic cardiomyopathy took him away from me too soon.

on april 8th at 6:30pm, yasha sadly passed away. he had a vet visit a bit earlier for a blood test as to why he wasn’t eating and it confirmed what we were fearing. his kidneys were failing and it was getting worse as we were preparing to bring him back to the vet. 1/5
