@OfficialSATeam I was offered was a free kids face mask and to have my missing item sent. Except that I already got two face masks when I placed my original order. I simply wanted my hat replaced and my missing items. Couldn’t even surprise my daughter with our matching hats.

@OfficialSATeam very disappointed in customer service. Not only my package come with missing items but the hat that I did receive was damaged clearly due to being shoved into a box that was too small and was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty and would not be replaced.
