Every time I try to change my whole life overnight, I quit within a week. I set huge goals: wake up at 5 AM, run 1 hour, become perfect instantly. It never lasts. So this time I’m starting smaller. Day 1: wake up at 6:30 AM + 30 min walk. Then build slowly for 40 days until I reach 5 AM + running. Maybe the best way to stay consistent is together.
