Day 4 of game jam: got the first of 3 abilities in, plus a little bit of high end quality graphics. Random floating numbers count as quality graphics right?

Day 3 of game jam: Got the skill tree working 😃

Day 2 of game jam: Realised I forgot everything from my python class. Got a few of the basic mechanics in though. Progress.

Day 1 of game jam done: Design document done, also got the project and version control all setup. Doesn't feel like a lot but it actually is.

@LeoCalamity I had a teacher in highschool that, in front of the class, gave me a 5min lecture about how she needs to focus her time on the students that actually can be helped. I was struggling mostly because of the noise.

@Coffee_Powered for me the first 3 teachers that i found that gave a shit about their students wasn't until my first year of high school. They are the ones that got me to like/love maths and science. i think those are the teachers that love what they do the most

The only teacher I've ever had actually gave 2 shits about me is chatgpt. It feels wrong in a dystopian future kind of way, but you can ask it questions and it actually answers. Might be wrong sometimes sure, but at least it actually answers.

I have found an amazing tool for fixing up holes in your world building. You literally just put in the sentence "This is still a point of contention amongst scholars."

I asked chatgpt a question about the magic system I'm writing. I'm very passionate about my magic system so it might have had a high word count. the fucking thing started the response with "Okay—first, deep breath."

Welp, guess I need a new writing app. Onenote is ok, could Figo back to that. Google docs is, ehhhh Anyone know any that good for like world building and mind maps and such?

I think I lost about 2 months of work. Which to be fair, wasn't a lot of writing for my autistic ass. But still.

Was using a tool called Confluence to write and store my book on. Yesterday I got a message saying log before 30/01 or my account will be shut down for inactivity. Logged in and everything already gone. I have backups but its not everything.

Been slowly weening myself off of anti anxiety meds. Fully off the other day. Brain zaps suck but the good news is I don't fuckin need em any more

Go through an employment agency for people with aspergers. Its a group workshop with an exam. Someone in front of me using chatgpt. I complain, nothing they can do. Get a call saying I didn't get the job but did really well, second best in fact. Intakes are once every 6 months.
