@permanenttsb so so very disappointing to arrive at a branch for a counter service to be told with a shrug of the staff shoulder they close at 3pm. Your call centre tells people 5pm….customer service FAIL

@MandSBankArena so very very disappointing to see some very elderly people queuing in this weather, no clear directions on the right queue to be in. Being sent from one queue to another, staff should know the correct place to direct people

Busy weekend hand drawing these boards for Tallaght University Hospital 25th anniversary yesterday With almost 3000 staff working for the hospital, it was wonderful to watch these boards fill up with their comments and signatures.
