📡🇦🇹 Russia is monitoring NATO from the very heart of Europe: the Russians have turned Vienna into the main center of espionage in the West, - FT writes about the mass installation of dozens of antennas and suspicious devices on buildings in the Austrian capital. In fact, from here, Russian services monitor the government and military communications of NATO countries, as well as communications in the Middle East and Africa. Everything is like during the Cold War. An indisputable fact is that before the Munich Conference, one of the antennas was specially deployed, and afterwards it was put back. The main base is the "Russian Town" complex, where all the roofs are "spyed" with antennas. Similar equipment was also noticed at other Russian facilities in Vienna - in the cultural center and the former sanatorium. It is estimated that up to a third of Russian diplomats in the city may be connected to intelligence.
