Spent this afternoon taking a couple of US brewers to Sladovna Klusáček (aka Kounice), one of just 14 floor maltings that remain in operation in the Czech lands. This part of the maltings dates to the year 1680.

We can’t wait to share this beer we made with our friends over at @CerebralBrewing!

Baby Světlý, our low alcohol Czech Pale Lager, continues to somehow... sell? It's easily the sleeper hit/dark horse of our Czech-style lineup. Those who know, know.

Visiting @cohesionbeer was a goal of mine for this particular Denver trip. Fans of Pilsner Urquell and Mliko pours would appreciate this new brewery.
