i’m starting 75 hard challenge tomorrow and i’m doing it publicly
here’s why: i’ve been a digital nomad for 3 years and the hardest part isn’t the travel, it’s the routine. or the lack of it.
i realized my body has been trying to tell me something for a while
so i’m committing to 75 hard
-daily movement
-more water
-structured work blocks
-and no carbs or sugar
all of it while i stay italy. the country where every single dish has carbs, sugar or both.
the timing is not ideal but that’s kind of the point
i’ll be sharing daily updates here.
