i’m starting 75 hard challenge tomorrow and i’m doing it publicly here’s why: i’ve been a digital nomad for 3 years and the hardest part isn’t the travel, it’s the routine. or the lack of it. i realized my body has been trying to tell me something for a while so i’m committing to 75 hard -daily movement -more water -structured work blocks -and no carbs or sugar all of it while i stay italy. the country where every single dish has carbs, sugar or both. the timing is not ideal but that’s kind of the point i’ll be sharing daily updates here. wish me luck!

things you didn't know about me: i've done two long challenges before this one first one: a full year with no bread and no processed food. lost a lot of weight. too much. got to the point where i was malnourished. not the goal. second one: a full year as a pescatarian. because i was tired all the time and someone told me meat was the problem. it helped a little. but i was also bloated and gassy for 12 months straight. and i'm from serbia. we eat meat at every meal. giving it up was not hard. it was just sad. so here i am. third challenge. this time i'm not removing entire food groups. just the refined stuff. and i actually like what i eat.

The look when you see how many replies you have done on x and how much time you spend on here. -Be honest how much screen time is enough on here? -Still try and do my dailys in the morning catching up with everyone but it's limited. -If tour struggling with content just post what you love makes it so much easier and you don't have to think Time on this earth is precious use it wisely
