Dear Clients, Investors, and Partners,
We have received a decision from the Czech National Bank rejecting our CASP license application under the European MiCA Regulation at the first stage of the licensing process. We do not agree with this decision and have already filed an appeal. At the same time, we are evaluating and preparing additional legal steps.
As a result, from July 1, 2026, and in accordance with the European regulatory framework, we will suspend the provision of crypto-asset services through our European entity and initiate an orderly wind-down process. The security of our clients' assets remains our highest priority.
The most important message is this: Coingarage is not ending.
✅ Our next-generation platform is fully completed.
✅ Our goal is to launch the platform through Coingarage US within the next 30 to 60 days.
✅ GARA remains the native utility token of the entire ecosystem and will be listed upon the launch of the new platform.
✅ At the same time, we are preparing a new MiCA license application and remain fully committed to building a global digital asset ecosystem.
Thank you for your trust and continued support.
We firmly believe that the current situation represents a challenge, not the end of the project.
💙 Coingarage moves forward.
