@JeffNadu One issue is that retailers see more liability in attempting to physically stop theft than the loss of $ in merchandise. Stores need to invest in security staff that are trained to stop this. The Apple Store where I live has like 6 guards in front of the store at all times.

A lot of it started because of consent decrees that prevent police from policing, bad DA's that hand cities over to these subhumans and no consequences. This is on these cities that allow filth like this to continue to pillage neighborhoods. They have given up and citizens suffer
