@PurolatorInc AND on top of that - one of your drivers was at my location to pick up a package from my work place (where I had my expected package set to deliver to) on 12/06 - so why wasn’t my package also delivered at that point?

@PurolatorInc You keep saying “due to weather”. I’m in Edmonton, AB and the weather has been perfectly fine here for over a week. In fact, it’s been between 1°C and 6°C for the last 6 days or so - including the day my package was to be delivered to me on 12/05

@PurolatorInc Well I would if your DM’s weren’t off. I’ve now been on hold w/ customer service for 30 minutes & counting. This is after trying to chat to someone many times through the day & getting a “we’re closed no one is available please check service hours” message reply all day today.
