CAUGHT RED-HANDED: Trespassers turned a private driveway into their personal dump site.
Full truckloads of construction debris dumped on private property. Tennessee plates clearly visible. Acting like this is normal behavior.
They even told the homeowner “you’re in no threat ma’am” while illegally dumping and trespassing.
You have to be absolute scum to do this and think it is okay.
