@firstenergycorp Seriously what is taking so long? It’s been 36 hours since the outage was reported. Crews “arrived” 8 hours ago and still nothing has been done. The outage map is terrible, you give no updates, this is getting ridiculous. Give us real updates.

@Delta seriously has to be the worst flight experience I’ve ever had in my life going from Atlanta to Louisville. The decision making that has gone on for this flight has been absolutely abysmal. Making a 50 minute flight into a 5 hour flight due terrible decisions.
