Canucks should just load up on big bottom 6 C's in free agency and then flip them in the next year or two with these prices. Overpay to land them, then retain half in trades.

@Hockey2L We have to stop using other positions as examples when talking about returns on trade. Hughes is the second best d in the nhl but we wouldn’t get a 1C back from anyone straight up. It’s like trading a running back in football

@nucksfan79_ with the same deployment Necas would get decimated. He cannot handle heavy DZ Deployment, which is what Pettersson has gotten this season. People are acting as if its anywhere close to the same situation.
