For our P6 and P7 learners…

In school this term our themes are Respect and Resilience. Our P1 learners told us in assembly ”Just try and try again. Don’t give up.” 👏👏👏👏👏 Some great examples of that across the school. Well done 👍

After 2 years without having one, we welcomed the return of Guards Day yesterday. A truly special and unique end to our school year. Thank you to the Coldstream Guards for sending one of your finest. Congratulations to our P7s too. #nullisecundus

Our P7s have had a fantastic week including a trip to Edinburgh!

The Coldstreamer and his right hand man visited the school last week. The children asked them lots of questions about the forthcoming Coldstream Civic week. Both boys attended our school. Good Luck. #ourcommunity

What an amazing day we have had at the #InspiringLearning2022 festival. Today the P6s brought their creativity with them and brought our curiosity shop to life with Photo markup and Keynote animation. We look forward to seeing all the finished projects P6 😃✏️ @inspireSBC 🪄

P2/3 have really enjoyed a visit from two paramedics, Christine and Ian, today. They brought their ambulance and allowed us to have a look inside and told us about everything that they do. Thank you Christine and Ian @Scotambservice

As schools slowly return to working with the wider community, it's a great time to look at opportunities for volunteers to support schools across the Borders in delivering the @BikeabilityScot cycle training to upper primary pupils.

Pupil-led learning as two pupils used their expertise to teach the class to make a short animation using Keynote on their iPad. Excellent lesson with a clear learning intention and success criteria @inspireSBC
