The first public release of the Unity Android APK is now available from the official website releases.unitynodes.io/android/Unity-… This release marks a major step in Unity’s rollout - giving Unity Node Operators their first hands on experience with the Unity App. Unity Node Operators can now begin building and mobilizing their networks, preparing to contribute to the people-powered edge network. Found a bug or have feedback? Your input is invaluable during this stage of the release. Submit directly through the Community Bug Report Form available at forms.gle/mKVzkHAUytrFgZ… Feature requests should be submitted through the following Community Feature Request Form available at forms.gle/womUzD5u2fbEGb… The Unity Network is currently in its calibration phase. We expect this process to take no more than 10 days. During this time, reward generation and reward withdrawals will not be available in the application. We will release regular updates to both the APK and store versions of the app. These updates will expand functionality and gradually introduce new layers of reward generation, deployed on a sector by sector basis. Unity is built as a composable, people-powered network, supported by a fully comprehensive backend API for enterprises and carriers. A live version of this API, examples of what can be built on the network, and the network explorer will be showcased in the near future. The Google Play Store version is currently in the submission process and will follow shortly, with an iOS compatible launch and Apple App Store deployment to follow. Together, we’re building the world’s first people-powered Edge network.
