This weeks intern spotlight is Kaylee Nogai who interned with Steps in Consulting where she supported client outreach for events, assisted in preparing a homebuyer documentation guide, and conducted market research on office and coworking spaces across several Chicago zip codes

Priyansh interned with Alphathena (one of the companies is in the Halperin fund) where he redesigned onboarding and key dashboard flows to improve task success and simplify workflows, while also standardizing components to streamline developer handoff and reduce QA reopens.
