Oil prices are up. Measles is back. Farms are folding. Tariffs are raising grocery costs. Illinoisans have been sent to fight another Middle East war. Trump has been an unmitigated disaster for America.

Congress, including Ed Markey, did not understand the cost and voted to send me to war in Iraq by authorizing the use of force against Hussein’s regime. More than 4,000 Americans came home from that war in flag-draped coffins. bostonglobe.com/2026/03/20/opi…

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.

Donald Trump has not made the case to the American people for his new war. There was no imminent threat to the country that justified putting our troops at risk. I'll be helping force a debate and vote in the Senate that would end it.

Hey Eric I’d never heard of you but quick google search said you were literally removed from House Intelligence Committee for having your office infiltrated by a Chinese spy named Fang Fang😭😭 Can’t even make it up. Maybe sit out the National Security lectures. Politicians man🫣

Stick to sports. You’re at least half-right there. Your whiny-ass ain’t going to an Iran battlefield anytime soon. It’ll be poor kids from where I grew up. Life must be pretty comfy in your suite. Stick to judging your favorite pizzas. The adults will sort out the wars.

Just asking questions here. The kind you’re apparently not allowed to ask. Could it be that Brian Jr. wasn’t home overnight And the car being present shortly before Julie arrives is entirely consistent with Brian Jr. arriving himself around that same window. So according to Brian Albert Jr., he woke up around 7:30–8:00 a.m., came downstairs, and saw his Mommy, daddy, Auntie Jen and Matt ( you know the guy that was there before jen told him where john was) And… donuts and a card already sitting there He did not see Julie Albert at all that morning. Brian Jr.’s car was NOT in the driveway at 7:00 a.m. Now here’s where it gets fun. Julie Albert testified that when she arrived around 8:30–9:00 a.m. Brian Jr.’s car WAS in the driveway. She says she was there most of the morning. Yet, Brian Jr. never sees Julie Julie never sees Brian Jr. Donuts are somehow already there before Julie arrives Brian Jr. previously testified (elsewhere) that he may have come downstairs earlier, which… also doesn’t fix anything! And the only person who places Brian Jr. in the kitchen at all is Brian Higgins, who helpfully does not clarify whether Brian Jr. entered the kitchen from upstairs or outside. But apparently even asking where someone was when the timeline doesn’t line up is now considered scandalous. Carry on. 🍩⏰🚗

That does not make it right. The safety of the public should be the first priority, no? The chief of police of Minneapolis has said that the agents are arresting people, and leaving the cars in the middle of the road, and leaving them in drive… how could that be avoided? Spoiler: proper training.

If you were outraged by red Solo cups used to collect evidence, an unsecured crime scene, and an independent audit pointing to poor training at the Canton Police Department—and you believe that lack of training helped derail the investigation into John O’Keefe’s death and led to Karen Read’s not-guilty verdict—then training clearly matters to you, right? So what do you make of reports that ICE is rushing recruits through training before they’re fully vetted, only to have some fail background checks, academic standards, or fitness requirements? Would you agree that if inadequate training can undermine a local murder case, the risk to the public is higher when it happens at the federal level? “…the agency has reportedly rushed new recruits into its training program before being properly vetted, leading some trainees to drop out due to failing background checks, academic requirements or fitness standards.” pbs.org/newshour/show/…

Matt says: He got a call from his wife. He got dressed. He headed to 34 Fairview. He drove most of the way down Fairview, saw it was blocked. He turned around, went back up to Spring Lane → Cedarcrest → Fairview He arrived around 6:40 Jen called him at 6:35 The problem is, If Matt arrived around 6:40 that means He was already on the road before 6:35 Which means he left the house before Jen called him Which means he Left without being told where to go or Left before knowing john had been found or Left on his own initiative There is no version of this where Jen’s 6:35 call caused Matt to leave, and Matt still arrives by 6:40 after dressing and driving a rerouted path. Matt’s story depends on the call being the trigger. But the clock says The trigger comes after the movement. The explanation comes after the action For all you Football fans Matt didn’t jump the snap. He false started. Moved before Maye said hike! Everyone pretends it didn’t happen But the tape doesn’t lie Five yards. Replay the down. Except here, the “tape” is phone records and drive time.

💥PROCTOR knew who killed John O’Keefe all along! 💥That’s why he defied a court order & narrowed the GEOFENCE preservation order from (48) hours to just (6.5) hours! 💥That’s why he defied a court order & limited the order to Android devices, reducing the scope further!

@Bederowlaw @SueOC_NBCBoston The second she spun her tires in the side view 6 second mark hightens the sense of fear in the shooting officer. There is another split second before she starts going again and her tires turn. This was the best display of FAFO and why not to harass/impede any police activity.

This is, of course, a correct statement that basically memorializes basic "self-defense" and "use of force" when dealing with a fleeing felon or someone perceived to be breaking the law. The tricky part is if the vehicle was coming directly at an officer in a manner such that he reasonably believed the use of deadly force was necessary to avoid serious injury to himself (or others). If the answer is even close to yes, then this is far more nuanced and tricky than the usual hot takes on Twitter.

The strange testimony of Officer Barros in Karen Read In a dramatic moment in the second trial, Dighton police officer Barros gleefully told Alan Jackson, under direct examination, that the damage shown in the sallyport image was not at all what he had seen in the driveway a couple of hours earlier. Aha! Caught! This proved the taillight was tampered with sometime after being towed. Smoking gun! Not so fast. Under cross by Brennan, the first problem with Barros came when he testified that he had said the same thing in the first trial, that the damage in photo was different than what he'd seen. This turned out to be not true. He had said no such thing in the first trial, which he had to admit after reading the transcript. Why did his testimony change? This is why we have to be so careful with any witness testimony in a high profile case. It turned out that Barros had for some reason drove all the way to Karen Read HQ at the Omni in Boston to meet with her attorneys. Why? Couldn't that have been done over the phone? See, the glare of the spotlight in these cases is huge, and draws many people who want to be a hero to the mob. Think Lucky Loughren or Officer Devers. When Brennan showed Barros the 5:08 driveway video of Karen pulling out, he admitted to having seen it before "countless" times. He admitted to having followed the case in social media. So he was no doubt hanging around and watching in all the FKR places. When Brennan zoomed in on the tailight in the driveway video, Barros CHANGED his testimony. Again. Now he admitted that what he was seeing, the car at 5:08, the damage was "consistent" with what he would see in person around 3:30. So right there, the defense was destroyed. And then moments later it happened again. He was shown the dashcam image from 8:22 AM, and once again, the damage was "consistent" with what he would see at 3:30 PM. But the public doesn't remember this. FKR is blissfully unaware. The simple fact is that Barros, wanting to appeal to the defense team and her mob, had CHANGED his testimony to help them. Was he lying? I doubt it. See, when there's a huge spotlight like that, and a public fervor, those forces can be powerful enough to make someone like Barros actually misrember. He misremembered what he had testified to in the first trial. He admitted to following the case in social media. He drove to Karen Read HQ...in the second trial, not in the first...to meet with her celebrity team. Then he testified based on false memory of what he saw at 3:30. It's not really surprising under these circumstances that so many people get this case wrong. If they lean even a little toward wanting to believe in this juicy conspiracy theory, things like that will always provide plenty of ammo. But if you want the truth, you have to be very rigorous in your analysis. It's not rocket science, anyone can do it. Rigorous just means hard work. Push yourself to understand, to see ALL of the testimony.
