@CSManagementuk Just when I think there can be no more surprises, what the actual. Saw something where agencies charge certain tiers-one tier, they look at your headshots. I would be a billionaire if I charged for all the headshots I've looked at/advised on.

Been made aware of agencies charging clients a fee "to have a Tagmin profile" & framing in the same way as the requirement to have Spotlight. Tagmin is an OPTIONAL admin programme FOR agents. Don't be duped into thinking you need this just so they can offset their payments!
