Los Angeles: I’m presenting the North American premiere of Takashi Ito’s new feature film DISTANT VOICES tomorrow at WHAMMY. Get tix while you can, they’re running low. Ito has been trying to get this film shown in the US for the past year and I’m happy it’s finally happening.

Hikaru Suzuki’s GOD AND FATHER AND ME (2008) is a personal documentary about Suzuki’s own father, who left home to become a spiritual healer caught between “believing in God and becoming God himself.”
