@CountyExecBello If there is a travel advisory, NYS , Monroe county and city of Rochester in a state of emergency why are the malls open. Is going to the mall necessary travel? I understand it is a busy shopping day but every single person that has to go to work at the mall is in jeopardy.

Due to high winds, icy conditions and downed power lines, I am issuing a travel advisory in Monroe County. Please avoid any unnecessary travel. If you must travel, treat any dark stop lights as a four way stop.
