@Hokiechip KPI is being used as an aid from my understanding. DSR considered by RPI remains king

@collegesbzone You are missing the fact that VT’s KPI is #11 and their DSR is #10, both of which are metrics that the NCAA has said they are using this year. They are solidly in at the moment, IMHO.

This has been the most common question. VT keeps dropping in RPI (now down to 19) They have the worst SOS and Non-Con SOS out of any bubble host team. Two Q3+Q4 losses which take a hit to the resume. They have some good wins, but I do not believe they’d host as of today

@HokiesbyaMilly If that is considered it would definitely help VT. Trust me I’m not anti-VT lol this is based on what I think the committee would do

@collegesbzone can u factor how those two losses came when we had a flu outbreak within our team? is it worth noting that all 6 of losses are only by a combined 10 runs?
