Collett are transporting three 31Te tanks to Bradford Energy Centre. At 4.63m wide, these Hartwell Manufacturing units are moved on vessel bridge trailers, allowing the load to sit between the beams to reduce the overall height.

Collett has completed the installation of a 120Te Hyosung transformer at National Grid’s Wymondley substation. Using jacking and skidding equipment, it was loaded onto our 6-axle SPMT, transported across site, and positioned onto its final plinth.

Last month, we visited Goldhofer in Memmingen to take delivery of our new FTV 850 Blade Lifter. Operational later this year, it strengthens our capability to deliver complex projects with limited access and larger turbine designs.

220 concrete bridge beams. 9,042 Tonnes moved. One project. Collett delivered 220 beams for the River Blythe Viaduct on the HS2 route, transported from Melton Mowbray to site. Delivered in phases over 14 months using specialist trailers and police escorted movements.
