One Trick To Stop DoomScrolling
If you implement this idea you’ll feel much better about your consumption habits… here’s how it works:
If you want to watch something for 30 minutes, you have to have at least created, studied, read or done some other constructive thing for 30 minutes.
Want to veg out for 10 minutes?
Do ten minutes of learning first.
A relatively simple rule but if you apply it, your habits will quickly shift for the better.
Creation and learning is so much better to experience than consuming, so this “earning” of consumption time will force you to go through that before getting into the laziness.
If you have a movie planned later, you will have to earn it by doing something constructive early in the day.
Your patterns will quickly change, and you will do less doomscrolling because you’ll “have” to earn it through study or learning or creating - which is a win!
LETS TRY THIS AGAIN 🧀 🚨 (if he plays)
If Matthew Golden SCORES a TD this weekend I will give away his jersey ( not worn yet , men’s large ) to one RANDOM person that LIKES, is FOLLOWING and is COMMENTS under THIS post.

@discobray How do you guys try to balance securing profits and not being greedy vs holding for further potential expansions based on HTF charts? It’s a game of probabilities and there is risk in every decision whether that’s giving$ back or leaving some on the table…
@discobray The greatest skill I have is years of experience of watching live PA, ICT used to say how key this was and the longer I trade the more I know what he was talking about.
@discobray The more you understand that these things repeat everyday the easier it becomes to walk away when emotional knowing it’s not in your best interest . The logic of knowing you can come back tomorrow and these things repeat makes it easier.
@discobray They had to sew it back together instead of trimming it so I still have 100% of my meniscus so that’s good but the recovery takes much longer. In a brace for 6 weeks
