Okay guys, having gone through the tutorial carved out by @geniusgraphics_ on YouTube, I gave it a try to recreate this. I used different elements since I couldn't find the exact element that was used in the video. This is my second attempt in making a Web3 design.

The tweet I posted about being "too obsessed with titles" caused a lot of questions - so let me clear it up. I'm NOT saying searching for jobs under 'Virtual Assistant' or 'Social Media Manager' is wrong. I'm saying if that's ALL you're doing, you're limiting yourself. Here's what I mean: Most people do this: They pick one title - "Virtual Assistant" - and only apply to jobs with that exact label. But here's the problem, clients don't always post jobs using the title you're searching for. They post what they need solved, not what they want to call you. Example: A client needs someone to: • Manage their inbox • Schedule meetings • Handle customer emails • Organize files They might post it as: • Administrative Coordinator • Operations Support Specialist • Email & Calendar Manager • OR just Virtual Assistant. The list is actually long. If you're ONLY searching Virtual Assistant, you're missing 80% of roles that match your exact skills. This is why offer stacking matters. Instead of branding yourself as ONE title, list out the 10-15 skills you actually have under EA/VA work or whatever niche - then search and apply using THOSE skill names independently. Here's how to do it: 1. Write down every skill you have as a VA/EA: • Email management • Calendar coordination • Customer support • Data entry • CRM management • Social media scheduling • Invoice tracking • Travel booking • Meeting prep • Project coordination 2. Go to Upwork, LinkedIn, or Google and type each skill name + 'jobs' or 'remote' Example searches: • 'Email management remote jobs' • 'Calendar coordinator hiring' • 'CRM assistant jobs' 3. See how many jobs are posted under THAT specific skill vs the generic Virtual Assistant title You'll notice: • 'Email Manager' has 500 active jobs • 'Customer Support Specialist' has 1,200 jobs • Virtual Assistant has 300 jobs Same skills. Different search terms. WAY more opportunities. Real example: Let's say you manage emails, calendars, and customer inquiries as a VA. Instead of only applying to 'Virtual Assistant' roles, also search and apply to: • Executive Assistant (same skills, higher pay) • Administrative Coordinator • Customer Success Associate • Operations Assistant • Client Relations Specialist These roles need the EXACT same skills you have - but they're branded differently, often pay more, and have way less competition because VAs aren't searching for them. That's offer stacking. That's how you 10x your job opportunities without learning anything new. You already have the skills. You're just not searching for them the way clients are posting them. Go to Upwork or LinkedIn right now. Type in 3 of your skills (not your title). See how many jobs pop up. You'll be shocked.

Probably, the reason you’re not landing remote jobs is because you’re too obsessed with titles… Virtual Assistant Data Entry Social Media Manager Content Writer You’re obsessed with titles.

A prospect from UK sent me a Job invite on upwork around 11:33am WAT this morning... it was for Instagram carousel designs 20-25 instagram carousels per month The first thing I checked was his profile: Total Spent: $11k Total Hires: 26hires 4.98 of 12 rating I knew right there, that this must be a quality client, (because the last 2 invites I got were from Pakistan clients and...hmmm... one was $260 spent on 11hires 😂 ) I wasn't wrong, he's a quality client. I sent proposal immediately (Leveraged ChatGPT), he replied some minutes after I sent the proposal. gave me more details about what he wanted, asked for my rate and turnaround time Leveraged Claude for the negotiations, and eventually settled at a solid price. Almost double the $$ he attached to the Job Post Now? I might've just bagged another retainer Job. Anyways, you can pick different things from this post. I will leave you to do that. I will help with one below.

A while ago, I posted about a Web3 course I wanted to lock in on. I had to pause because of my exams But I still found time to explore the Web3 space with this design. Bold gradients. One goal. Clear message. How did I do? 👇
