2023 is going to be a big year! Almost 40 brand new @USA_Lacrosse Certified Junior Officials will be taking the field in central Ohio in April. These MS/HS students chose to take on this critical role to grow the game in their communities. We're excited to be along for the ride!

Rule 1-2-1: ART. 1 . . . PENALTY: Failure to have a clearly marked center line that runs the entire width of the field, and continuous side and end lines is illegal procedure assessed against the home team.

T-Minus 2 days until Ohio Lacrosse season begins... Reminder to all MS/HS teams, that there is a change to the field layout for this season. The substitution area is now back down to 10 yards from 20 yards. Please let your administration know now before those lines go down.

Also this year, you must have continuous side and end lines.

Last call! 8 days to complete training and pass the test to get on the field this spring. Every new official that hits the field this year is saving games from cancellation. Don't read this as a threat, it is an opportunity.
