@Nick_Buonocore I agree with Nick 100%. Yes of course these guys are ultra elite-But players these days are being told to specialize in one sport OR you will ‘miss out’. And that is just plain not true. Players of all levels, ultra elite or average, benefit from playing multiple sports. Period.

Not true....I completely understand and appreciate that observation. I just have my own personal firsthand experience of seeing & competing against non “freak athletes” and watching them become better at their primary sport as a direct result of multiple sport participation
