Warning: Incoming rant, you all can read this mess or not, I really don't care Backstory: I'm losing my job on July 19 as the company I work for is closing down, I've been extremely stressed about it and my job itself as we've been super busy with the upcoming closure, my parents are constantly hounding me to find another job immediately even though I wanna stay at this one till the end. They just will not let up on it Copied from a telegram message: "Omg, my parents are driving me insane, since like 2 days ago, yesterday we were in the car and they were talking about how I need to start applying for stuff right now and that who cares about the severance package and that I need to have something lined up asap so I'm not without work for any time It literally got to a point I just stopped talking to them and when my mom was trying to get a response from me I just literally said no comment She also said I better find something, anything, no matter how miserable I'll be, as they will not let me just sit at home otherwise I'll be out on my butt (I think this was an empty thing as I know they wouldn't throw me out, but still) I can tell it's really stressing me out as I've had multiple high heart rate warnings in the past 2 days, which normally I'd only have once a week or so And today, my mom got home about 10:30 and we just drove into town so she can get some new glasses, and what's the first thing she asks when we get in the car... "Did you apply for any jobs today?" I just did a big sigh and stayed quiet" Basically, I'm at my whits end with them, and I wanna move out sooooo bad but I won't have the upcoming financial stability to do so I'm sick of hiding the furry stuff from them as they are very anti fur, I'm sick of having to explain where I'm going any time I wanna go somewhere and having to cover up stuff I'm just so done with all the BS, I so badly wanna ride out my job till the end, get in my Tesla, and just live in that for a month, just something to get some autonomy for myself for the first time, my entire life has been dictated by them and I'm done with it If you reached the end of this, thanks
