Today marks 1 year at @apcollective. When I joined APC I knew I was stepping into something different, but I didn't fully understand how much it would push me until I was in the middle of it. Working with them has a way of raising your standards whether you're ready or not, and looking back I can see exactly how much that pressure shaped the way I operate now. This year's been a continuous cycle of learning, taking on more tasks, figuring it out, then taking on even more. New responsibilities, new clients, and new verticals I had never touched before. Every deliverable became a lesson and every lesson made the one following it easier to own. The pace of growth here doesn't really give you the option to stay comfortable and I'm entirely grateful for that. What I'm most proud of though is the confidence that's come with it. Confidence in my work, in my own ability, and in what I bring to the table both inside the team and in front of clients. These are the kinds of things you can't manufacture. Thank you to @0xAbhiP and @Lui_Loo_ for giving me a platform to showcase my skills and every single team member who made this first chapter worth writing.
