Looks like ASUS is preparing to launch ROG X870E Crosshair Extreme soon. The image they posted does appear to be Extreme, though. For comparison, the X670 version:

NVIDIA has confirmed (to reviewers) that Turing cards have an issue with idle power usage. Apparently it is higher than Pascal cards. A fix is in the works.
