别的关于MSX的情况我不了解也不评论，但是在Pre-IPO产品上Republic和Bitget是独家合作。我们的合同规定了期限内（今年4月开始算 1 年，可经书面合意再延 1 年），Republic 不得就 Pre-IPO Token 的代币化和/或分销（或任何实质类似的发行）与任何其他离岸中心化加密交易所开展任何合作或商业安排。
