@livejamie @Karvarousku I was able to replicate this behavior when setting up the item as listed. It was caused by it erroneously disabling every other mod from being in the pool. When I started up with a higher ilvl and then lowered it, it correctly kept the other affixes in the pool. ~86.669% now.

@Karvarousku I'll pass this along to the dev, he's been super responsive to feedback and bug reports in my experience
