A consistent upward trend in case volumes was observed over the reporting period, increasing from 30 cases in January to 32 cases in February, and reaching a peak of 40 cases in March, suggesting heightened service uptake toward the end of the quarter.

Throughout the first quarter of 2026, a total of 102 cases were handled across four core service areas. General Enquiries accounted for the highest proportion, with 41 cases (40.2%), indicating sustained demand for information and advisory services.
