Let's say you have a large crunchbase\Linkedin database with 100m+ records.
You'd likely have huge unfiltered JSON datasets (with some of the info outdated).
Create a python to script that filters for custom parameters based on your targeting (Your Ideal Customer Profile\Segment) from your scraped JSON dataset.
How you filter this data is largely dependent on the JSON\DB structure. This can get complicated if JSON dataset isn't comprehensive, but assuming the dataset has traditional info (i.e number of employees, titles, company description etc) it isn't too hard to code a filtering function with an LLM prompt and a few hrs of vibe coding. Ensure that you have a logging functionality for pulled JSON records.
Now, this data is likely outdated if older than a few months, but this is irrelevant, because as we pull data from our python filtering script, we automatically feed the Crunchbase\Linkedin URL to an external python scraper in a VM\docker instance.
This, of course, requires you to have a scraper already coded -- hence why making your own scrapers is better than buying a DB). If you bought this database, and did not scrape it yourself, you're either going to make a scraper yourself (Can be difficult if platform has anti-scraping measures, but honestly, with advanced LLM prompting or hiring a freelancer dev this is completely possible to bypass sites like linkedin or crunchbase.) OR just use the old data as it stands OR find an apify actor and hope it works.
To clarify, we go from python JSON filter (based on our segment) -->Record updater: external docker scraper instance\APIFY to grab latest company data --> Feed old data and new data into OpenAI to ensure data integrity -->Updated info is then fed into further python pipelines for outbound data enrichment (i.e firstlines, spintax generator, hunter.io emails) --> push final data into smartlead API for outbound campaign.
This is all done with a series of python pipelines feeding into one another on external servers.
Ngl this some nerd shit tho and its hard for me to explain in a tweet as this took me like 5 Adderall infused nights to code.
Realistically, not even 0.01% leadgen agencies or F500 Companies like Salesforce have acess to something like this (due to h0m0 regulators but fck em' dry).
This is fknig insane though because im combining this with external signals and closing enterprise level companies with only a 3 month sales cycle (compared to traditional 18-36 months.)
i'm literally setting a few paramters based on my ICP and have all the data fed into smartlead a few hrs later fully enriched.
my enterprise outbound campaigns are currently performing 6~8x better than industry standard.

The "Blackhat" secret to instantly finding ANY offer's biggest pain points... even in markets you know NOTHING about.
Summary: Hypothesize trigger-based pains. Outreach for 5-min calls as a fake researcher. Validate on calls & analyze transcripts. Repeat.
I honestly can't believe nobody is talking about this besides me. Like honestly, do agency owners have room temp IQ? Anyways we're basically LARPing as an academic researcher to gather data on pain points related to a trigger event.
LFG!!!
- Create a standard fake academic researcher' website (just generate it with lovable), can even use a real researcher name to make it legit.
- Create standard outbound domains and emails under the researcher's persona, redirect to main website, basic bs configuration like DKIM etc.
- Start an and outreach campaign targeting your hypothetical ICP while using your trigger event. We'll go further into detail below. Wherever you get your lead data from, they must match this trigger event you have chosen to validate.
I.E (Recently hired within 6 month chief finical officers of a midsize organization, Founder who Recently raised series B funding, Marketing Director of a company <100 employees who is currently running Ad campaigns, CEO of midsize company who's Q2 revenue is down 20%, Tyrone who recently stole a bike to fund his bussy habit -- his painpoint is that he really misses the jail shower room ^.^)
- Within the email copy, tell them you are doing a whitepaper on industry leaders and that you'd like a 5 minute call. Make it relevant our trigger event. We can further iterate our copy as we get more data from interviews. Examples below.
Preparation:
Before the call, you're going to have to gauge for some potential pain points here. Basically, you're going to have to figure out several trigger events. These events can be internal or external, but they all cause painpoint(s) to the prospect.
You're picking a hypothesized trigger event related to this ICP ONLY, and then figuring out the pain(s) associated with this trigger event. Remember, trigger events can be external or internal.
Example --> A Recently hired BDR manager within the last 6 months of a midsized organization is likely concerned with setting clear metrics, demonstrating impact through achieving early wins, and coaching their team.
You can hypothesize the pains caused by a trigger event by prompting AI, and asking it potential pains caused to an ICP from a trigger event.
Example prompt:
"
What are some challenges of a recently hired within 6 months chief financial officer experiences in a midsize organization"
The further specificity in the prompt the better. Like including revenue, employee ranges.
Your call script is based around these pains. And again, SO IS YOUR LEAD DATA.
An example script:
"Our research speaking with {Titles} in the {Prospect's Industry} indicates they have concerns surrounding {trigger event} that causes them pains {x}, {y}, and {z}"
for each pains {x}, {y}, and {z} you NEED to go in depth and really question them. Create a list of questions for {x}, {y}, and {z} and really hammer them.
Record every call.
After several calls, you're going to figure out whether these pain points or valid or not. If painpoint is not relevant to a trigger event, the prospects will straight up tell you they don't have any issue.
You'll notice the reoccurring patterns -- those painpoints which are invalid are commonly rejected, and those which are valid gauges their interest and reveals their potential struggles related to the variable in question --THESE are valid.
Slowly go through each pain point on the call. Fish out the inner details by asking them to explain themselves.
The cool thing about this, is you can feed like 5-10 call transcripts into AI, and just give it your hypothetical pains {x}, {y}, and {z} and ask it which are valid and which are invalid.
Wanted to make this short and concise, if you have any more questions just let me know

Heads up—Google’s got a hawk-eye on those business accounts you’re spinning up. They’re tracking how many pop off from a single IP, and they’re not here for amateur hour. If you’re playing the multi-account game, don’t sleep on this: they’ll sniff you out faster than you can blink.
Dodge their radar with fingerprintless browsing to flip between profiles like real niggs, or roll with your own custom servers—built to keep things undetectable. It’s not just IP either—your domain and email rep are in the crosshairs too.
Mess up here, and you’re toast.
Don’t be dumb and log into a stack of accounts from one IP, especially when outreach season hits post-warmup.
That’s like eating out your tinder date. Gross. Stay sharp, rotate those IPs, and don’t be the rookie who gets caught pants down in Google’s cookie jar.

🚨⚠️ Summer Content Arc Incoming 🚨⚠️
I was stuck between releasing my content or deleting my account and hoarding it all for myself.
I mean, I'm not selling this for profit, but at the same token, all this info is going to make a fuck ton of killers and put me out of business.
I'm such a dumb ass for not deleting this account, but I remember during the 2020-2022 pandemic I was lost.
At the time, I grinded from a community college into a elite university from NOTHING, but quickly realized my financial prospects would Max TOP at ~250k after decades of wage slaving.
When I cleared my first 50k month after two years of working relentlessly, I was completely fried from "normiedom" and dropped out.
But it took me thousands of hours scouring twitter, youtube, making notes, and implementation to reach my current state.
Please vote below on the next tutorial:
