Muhammad's own cousin left islam to become follow Christ. Ubayd Allah ibn Jahsh wasn't just a follower; he was blood. He was the Prophet Muhammad's first cousin and brother-in-law. He was among the "Firsts"m the earliest converts to Islam who endured the brutal persecution of Mecca. To escape torture, he led a migration to Abyssinia (Ethiopia), seeking refuge under a Christian King. He went there expecting to preserve his new faith. Instead, he found the true Faith. Living among the Christians of Aksum, he studied their scriptures and witnessed their worship. He didn't just leave a religion; he left his tribe, his reputation, and his political future. He died in Ethiopia as a follower of Christ. Christ is King!

Also 1400 years is different people married younger for a reason it was the norm and some things are allowed at a time. Just like you christians who think there is old law and new law.

Also at the context at that time marrying at that age was normal as they died of various diseases which they had no solution.
