@skilledwidow Though they both looked like other versions of themselves, Steve was sure he would /always/ know his Natasha. There was just a aura about her, something far more familiar than the others he had met. He hugged her closer, nosing her hair. "I know the feeling."

@CommanderRgrs “I know.. I know.. it’s just been a tough day.” She whispers, hugging him closely. “You’re here now. That’s what matters..” she mumbles, then slowly looks up. “I missed you. And seeing your other you.. never helps..”

@CommanderRgrs Opening her mouth, she was confused for a second. Then it hit her. Arms moving around him, holding him tightly while she buried her face in his chest. “You’re always late.. guess I got used to it.” She tried to joke, but couldn’t help and sob quietly.

@skilledwidow And not just any Steve, or the one she worked with , but the one she fell in with. Pushing his way in, he dropped his bag and wrapped his arms around her. "Hey, sorry I'm late."
