Real estate is probably the easiest RWA category to oversell. • You can tokenize the wrapper. • You can tokenize the SPV. • You can tokenize the debt around the property. That does not mean you solved real estate liquidity. In most cases, you just made the packaging cleaner around an asset that is still slow, local, and legally heavy.

BlackRock has filed for a new tokenized fund structure with the SEC, and once again selected Securitize infrastructure to power it. The filing outlines a model where blockchain-based ownership records integrate with regulated transfer agency and investor onboarding systems.
