Honestly the translation as a whole is missing a ton of the subtlety but I don't really know how you would work it in with out giving it away. Glad im at the point where the subtitles are mostly just optional.

Im use to translations from this era using 'little' to stand in for -chan, but in this case its being use to stand in for -kun which is really throwing me. If your familiar with .hack//SIGN you will understand why the difference here is important.
