She was created from a foreign frequency decoded by Somnoire. Scanners identify her as being almost entirely 97% equivalent to a Nightmare Tacet Discord, despite the fact that she retains both her human appearance and consciousness, it's that remaining 3% that prevents Rebecca from becoming a full Nightmare like Adam Smasher. Somnoire decoded a dream frequency originating from Lucy which makes a new Night City layer, and the energy that forms Rebecca’s body and powers is derived from the same “raw material” used to create Nightmare monsters. I deleted the other post as it was misinfo regarding 160 pulls milestone is Waveband(Sequence) not character, sorry for the earlier misinfo Either way the most efficient way of using pulls here are starting with weapons and getting pulls here from weapon pulls if you have enough astrite to get all weapons. By this means, you can get s1 lucy too, i will do it like that.

@sudipd673 @wuwaguy Dude, come on. F2P friendly doesn’t mean you get everything for free. People saved up for this so yeah, you can convert the astrites into the event pulls and get the rewards even as a f2p. Doesn’t change that WuWa is still quite generous with pities and currencies.
