Tuesday evening at the London Apprentice in Old Isleworth. That carved ceiling is from the 17th century. Which is quite incredible. Visitors to this pub over the years include Henry VIII, Charles I, Charles II, Dick Turpin, Charles Dickens, Oliver Cromwell and tonight; me.
