There is a sizable contingent of Republicans that are watching this unfold as well as mainstream establishment and walking away from the WAGOP because of it . These are the same people who stated, " Reichert is the only electable candidate." they blew that as they have the last 30 or so cycles, and watching what they do best is like watching a smoker light up at the gas pump as the pump fuel.

@chatterpix6 I have been a Republican my entire life, but I am an America First Conservative. I just resigned from my positions at the state and county levels. My county did amazing during their reorganization meeting, and I couldn't be more proud.

A bunch of old white people. I am conservative as the day is long. I do not believe these are the MODERN conservatives that Washington needs. That is not hate. It is reality. We have leaned far more moderate as a whole. Our expectations are America First... while at the same time realizing that the west coast will only be won by becoming the party of the people. Populists to the front, please!

@curtis55657 Bob won King County in the primary with 63%. After tonight, he's probably up to 83%. Reichert had to gain a massive number of disenfranchised Republican voters in order to have a chance in November. The number of Republican votes lost tonight will hurt.

@CommonSenseSemi He misreads many Trumpers. Sure some will vote for him anyway trying to beat Bob. But we’re 33%. He needs all of us and a large majority of independents. Not now!!!

@PawnBonneyLake I believe the message is, don't compromise your values or beliefs for a candidate who is more of a Democrat than Republican. Especially since that candidate engaged in dirty politics and will lose anyway. Well, that's my observation of messaging opposing Reichert.

@curtis55657 He never supported Trump. He just made it easy to understand for all of the so-called Trump supporters who voted for him in the primary. He's betting Republicans are so afraid of Bob that they'll still vote for him, and in the process, pick up some conservative Democrat voters.
