@thwimbooo @JeremyWard33 Not true. I am working with a homeless guy now. We meet weekly to talk about life. He has no interest in getting a job because he gets enough support from the government. He has past challenges like incarceration, drugs, alcohol sexual abuse, and so on that he deals with.

The job apocalypse isn't coming in 10 years. It's happening RIGHT NOW. 🚨 - Waymo: 500,000 driverless paid rides every week. No humans needed. - Amazon: Over 1 million warehouse robots sorting faster than people ever could. - China: Robot chefs cooking 100+ dishes, robot attendants pumping gas. - Boston Dynamics: Humanoids filming stunts and operating cameras. - Robots now repairing live high-voltage power lines — too dangerous for humans. This isn't sci-fi. It's today. Which job do you think will be the LAST one robots can't take? Quote/RT if you're watching this unfold 👀 #AI

@theficouple That must be "on average." Get outside the big blue cities and major expenses, like lodging, go way down. Also, there are lots of families in those states living on half those numbers. So, lifestyle is a factor. Lowered expectations makes a difference.

Income needed for a family of 4: 1. Massachusetts: $313,747 2. Hawaii: $294,362 3. Connecticut: $290,368 4. California: $287,456 5. New Jersey: $282,714 …maybe this is why people aren’t rushing to have kids.

This is literally mind blowing Spencer Pratt exposes Los Angeles Department of Water and Power salaries - Over 100 LADWP employees earn an annual compensation of over $500,000 per year each - 26 LADWP employees earn more than $600,000 thousand dollars per year - 4 top level LADWP employees earn more than $700,000 dollars a year - The LADWP has a combined water and power budget of 11 billion dollars I looked into it further, and get this 100% of leadership and oversight of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power are aligned with Democrats Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass appointed the 5 member Board of Water and Power Commissioners, which sets policy and approves major decisions like executive hires and salaries California is essentially run by the mafia They are literally giving themselves $500,000 -$800,000 EACH and this is just one department

If it sounds like a scam, it’s a scam Deceptive and excessively confusing marketing like this should be illegal Bounty paper towels make multiple different sizes that are all so similar, it’s extremely easy to get confused into buying one that’s likely not the better deal It should just be sold in standard equal measurements, like by foot

@Laurie0801 Americans (on average) still value freedom over free stuff. We see more examples around the world of people losing choices than gaining coverage. For example, one doesn't to go far to find a Canadian who had to wait 12 months for an operation. Where it took 3 weeks in the US.

@WallStreetApes I feel sad for the younger generations. They don't seem to know they can drive a block over to a Kroger and get the same fruit for half, or a third, the price. America is doomed when making a TikTok video is more important than critical thinking.

This small cup of fruit at Whole Foods costs $17 Whole Foods has increased the price of their pre-cut packaged fruit by over 100% since 2019 This is outpacing inflation by roughly 70% The only explanation for outpacing inflation by 70% is corporate greed

@CommonSenseSoln @middle_class_us My patients taught me about budgeting when I was 3. First 10% to God, next 10% to savings. Always. Live on 80%. Never pay more than 25% for shelter, including utilities & insurance. Live beneath your means. Use credit only for emergencies & pay it off immediately. Simple.

I'm mad that my Sony PlayStation wont play the PS5 games! Nah, actually still had one connected to the kid's extra TVs. The kids still like to play sometimes. Probably in one of my closets with the wii and other stuff. We ginally got a few of those all in one boxes with every old game emulator embedded inside (it's the size of a controller) with old Atari, NES, to Sega Saturn games. Great for a fun side quests when people visit for BBQs and stuff. The wii is still fun to pull out for bowling and stuff. Bowling & baseball is great for small living room sized guests to get everyone involved with beers waiting on the meat 😁

Amazon is ending support for older Kindle models starting May 20, 2026 You cannot purchase, borrow, or download new books directly from the Kindle Store on the device American says her Kindle still works fine and because of this she’ll no longer be able to sue the device that she paid for, has been using, and buys books on “Amazon said Capitalism at its finest will give you 20% off of a new one if you wanna purchase a new one. But your old one that works perfectly fine, no longer, this has me livid. It is so wasteful and I, I can't believe it. It's like I don't wanna have to purchase a new one.” This change effects Kindles released in 2012 or earlier Americans are saying this planned obsolescence and they’re being forced to buy new ones they don’t need

I genuinely think if we all adopted a 4 day work week with 5-6 hour days, it would change the course of society. People would be happier, healthier, less angry, and more present. Social bonds would be stronger. It could literally change the entire world.

Federal watchdogs have flagged $236–247 billion in improper payments in single recent years alone in programs like Medicare/Medicaid Cumulative errors since 2003 are already topping $2.7 trillion Yes, TRILLION…. Seeing an entire cow processed puts it all in perspective. A local farmer will charge you around $3,500 for everything on this table. Sounds steep, until you run the 2026 supermarket numbers for roughly 450 lbs of take-home beef: Ground ($9/lb) = $1,800 Roasts/Brisket ($11/lb) = $1,650 Premium Steaks ($24/lb) = $2,400 You are paying $5,850 at retail for mass-produced quality. Buying direct keeps over $2,300 in your pocket and easily feeds a family of five for a full year. Is the heavy upfront cost worth it to secure your family's food supply, or do you prefer the week-to-week grocery run?

@thesincerevp @HustleBitch_ It's not easy to do, but sometimes you just have to admit you made a mistake taking that job or assignment and quit. In business, I have made blunders. The worst was $180k with nothing to show for it. But you learn from it and don't do the same next time.

Amazon doesn't employ her. that's the whole design. DSPs are independent contractor LLCs that take on all the labor liability while Amazon sets the routes, the stop counts, the delivery windows, and runs camera surveillance on every driver. 300 stops at roughly $0.85 per stop after fuel and vehicle costs — she's making less than minimum wage on a route designed by an algorithm that doesn't know what stairs are. and when the injury rate gets reported, it shows up under someone else's OSHA number

🚨 AMAZON DRIVER EXPOSES 300 STOPS IN ONE SHIFT — THEN SHOWS HER TRUCK AND PEOPLE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT’S EXPECTED An Amazon driver shows her route on her phone… then turns the camera to her truck and it’s overflowing. • 300 stops • 524 packages • 421 locations • Every shelf stuffed • Boxes stacked to the roof • Barely any space to even move Her reaction says everything: “Are y’all crazy?” This isn’t peak season. This isn’t a one-off. This is what a “normal” route looks like. Some say it’s just part of the job. Others are asking how anyone is supposed to finish this in a single shift. Is this efficiency… or is this straight up burnout waiting to happen?
