The @CommsZA has gazetted a draft Policy Direction on Rapid Deployment for public comment.
Its purpose is to remove barriers that delay the rollout of broadband and mobile infrastructure, helping networks expand faster and at lower cost so more South Africans can access reliable connectivity.
It seeks to streamline processes while ensuring they remain fair and within the law.
All interested parties are invited to have their say. Submit written comments within 30 days of publication as set out in the Government Notice.
