Announcing the 4th edition of The Growth Retreat 18-21 December 25, Pune. The panel of speakers covering a wide range of subjects.

Technology has eroded human connections in last two decades. Strangers once shared meals on train journeys; now they retreat into headphones and YouTube videos. Cab rides meant conversations with drivers; apps eliminated these exchanges. Cash transactions built moments of contact; tap-to-pay cards removed them. Grocery stores created neighborhoods; delivery services emptied the aisles. Netflix keeps viewers home, while theaters sit quiet. Research links human interaction to well-being. When we talk, touch, and gather, our bodies release oxytocin and serotonin. These chemicals shape our moods and health. Signs of resistance have emerged. Bookstores report surging sales as readers abandon e-readers for paper. Communities create meetings, festivals, and spaces for connection. @CommunionIndia is one such community shaping up. This push-back against isolation reflects human nature - we need each other. The tide turns. Technology brought convenience but took our conversations. Now people seek balance between digital efficiency and human warmth. The future may hold a renaissance of real-world engagement.

At its heart, Communion fosters lifelong friendships that run deep and true. It creates an extraordinary web of connections where members naturally embrace the spirit of giving, forming a community bound together by genuine care and generosity.
