a great test of "would you have been chill with owning slaves, if you'd been born into a slave-owning family" is whether or not you're vegetarian today

@Aella_Girl The self awareness of this is worse than just a random person going along with their day. You actually thought about this and said " yeah I would be a slave owner". Like that makes you worse than the average person who doesn't even think about this.

fwiw i am not a vegetarian, and I think this choice increases the odds that i would have been ok owning slaves if i were born into the right culture
