@ticketek_uk hello. I've been waiting now for over a week for a reply to my ticket, to exchange tickets for a future event. The app keeps on erroring, and I'm now in a position where the date we wanted to select is now unlikely to be available.

Lola, (endearingly called “Pog Dog” by RAC b/c of her jaw), crossed the bridge today. We adopted her from a shelter in 2012 where they estimated she was ~5-6; she lived with us for almost 12 years after (so ~17-18) I’m happy she had a 2nd chance, but my heart’s still broken 💔
