@anaesthetic_spr The 'official' NHS description of an associate practitioner, despite the grandiose title, is a Band 4 support worker role. It existed long before nursing associates. Those with familiarity of this role may presume the staff depicted are assistants.

An emotional 24hrs supporting an end of life patient to marry their partner after 40 years. We arranged the registrar, letter from consultant, transported wife to fill in paperwork and got patient ready for the wedding. 10 mins after the vows patient peacefully passed away.
