@CompensationFnd I have submitted these to the Pretoria branch thrice. Sent them on email after contacting the call centre , four times - still no updates on the claim. I’m told the documents are being uploaded - it can’t take a year to upload documents ? Where else can I escalate the matter ?

In my record I only received one lumpsum in February 2022 and after that no other payments. What is is this due amount for?
